Welcome to Earth + Sky Studio. By enrolling in The Modern Calligraphy Vault and our associated group coaching program (collectively, the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Enrollment and Access
The Modern Calligraphy Vault: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the digital course materials. Access is granted to one individual user and is non-transferable.
Group Coaching: Your enrollment includes four (4) consecutive months of group coaching calls and support. This period begins on your date of purchase or the official "start date" specified during checkout.
Platform Access: We reserve the right to host the Program on third-party platforms. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
2. Payment and Refunds
Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan, you authorize Earth + Sky Studio to automatically charge your chosen payment method on the scheduled dates.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of the Modern Calligraphy Vault, I do not offer any refunds. After purchase and enrollment, no refunds will be issued, and all remaining payment plan installments must be paid in full. You are responsible for making payments, and I want to respect my clients who are committed to following through with payments.
Early Pay-off: I allow you to pay off your balance early. I will pro-rate your balance, meaning I will remove interest from final payments and allow you to pay the remaining balance.
3. Failure to Pay
If you fail to make payments, I will give you 2 reminders. If payment is still not received, you will be immediately removed from the course you are enrolled in.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials within the Program—including videos, worksheets, calligraphy templates, and call recordings—are the intellectual property of Earth + Sky Studio.
Allowed: Printing worksheets for your personal practice and viewing videos for personal education.
Prohibited: Sharing login access, reselling materials, or teaching the specific Earth + Sky Studio curriculum as your own.
5. Coaching Call Etiquette & Conduct
To maintain a supportive environment, all students must adhere to the following:
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow students. Do not share personal details discussed by others during group calls.
Respectful Interaction: Harassment or discriminatory language toward the instructor or other students will result potential removal from the coaching component without a refund.
No Professional Advice: While we teach the art of calligraphy, Earth + Sky Studio does not provide legal or financial advice regarding starting a business.
6. Limitation of Liability
Earth + Sky Studio and its instructors are not responsible for any technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., poor internet connection) that prevent participation in live calls. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes or business success; results depend on the student's individual practice and application.
7. Modifications to Coaching Service:
We reserve the right to reschedule coaching calls due to illness or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a makeup date or a recorded version of the session.
8. Modifications to Course Service: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the course content, structure, or delivery at any time without prior notice. This may include the removal of lessons, changes to materials, or adjustments to the format or schedule. Think of it like art: always a work in progress.
9. No Guarantees: Participation in any course does not guarantee specific outcomes. The progress you make depends on your own effort, practice, and engagement with the material. No refunds if you don’t become the next Van Gogh overnight (especially if you skip lessons).
