Terms and Conditions for Custom Artwork

1. Nature of Custom Work
Please be aware that when I create your custom piece, I reserve the right to adjust the artwork and reference photo based on artistic liberties. I will only make adjustments I feel are necessary or would add to the final piece.
2. Payment and Refunds
Payment: I will begin work on your custom piece after I receive payment. If payment is not received within 5 days, I will cancel your order.
Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of custom work, I do not offer refunds or returns, unless the artwork is damaged, which you can read more about below.
3. Damaged Artwork/Lost Packages
If your artwork arrives damaged in the mail, please send pictures of the artwork and packaging to carlee@earthandskystudio.com. I will contact you to discuss either a refund or a remake of the artwork. A refund for the artwork (minus shipping) will be sent within 10 days.
If your package has not arrived within 7 days of estimated delivery date, please contact me at carlee@earthandskystudio.com. Please do not file a claim for your package as I will need to do that on my end to ensure I get refunded from them. If your package is truly lost, I will offer you a refund (minus shipping) or a remake. I am not responsible for artwork that is stolen or delivered to the wrong place.
4. Revision to Custom Pieces
I offer up to 2 revisions to your custom artwork. I want you to be happy with the final result, so I will send you a photo of your artwork for approval before I ship it.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your custom order after I receive payment and have started working on your piece, I require a 30% cancellation fee plus material costs. The remaining total will be refunded within 10 days. If I am almost done creating your piece or have completed it, then I do not offer any refunds.
If I feel that the custom order will not be a good fit for me, I will contact you, cancel the order, and refund you entirely within 10 days.
