Booking Your Spot
When sending me a photo of your house, please make sure it is straight on with most of the house filling the frame. If possible, please ensure it is the highest quality, as I can add in more details this way.
Photo Requirements
I create my houses with high quality paper and paints. You'll receive a sheet of watercolor paper in your desired size with your house painted on it. It will be carefully shipped to you when it is finished and you can frame it if desired.

FAQ's
It depends on the medium you choose and the size. After you submit your photo(s) and I receive payment, I ask for 2-3 weeks to create and ship your order. However, during busier times like the holidays, I ask for up to 4 weeks.
No, I do not offer framing for artwork at this time. Your piece will come packaged in a clear sleeve with a white backing board, which can be used to provide additional support when you frame it. The artwork will be shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent bending with a "Handle With Care - Do Not Bend" sticker. :)
Yes, I can add a digital copy of your artwork to your order! Please keep in mind that I only offer scanning for 9 x 12" pieces and smaller. It will be an additional $40 for a digital file, and this does not include the licensing rights for the artwork, which you can read about below. You will only be allowed to use the digital art for personal use.
Licensing
I own the artistic rights of all my custom art and calligraphy pieces. Custom work is for personal use only. If you're interested in commercial licensing, you can contact me here. Sharing photos of my work online is allowed and appreciated, as long as you credit the work (e.g. Carlee Zale or Earth and Sky Studio) or by tagging me @earthandskydesigns.
